Fuel
Surcharge effective October 1, 2005
As
Americans that drive vehicles,
we are acutely aware of the pain we are feeling at the pump these days!
Fuel prices were at an all - time
high earlier this summer and driven even higher recently due to the
disasters created by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita to the Gulf Coast.
Effective with all
shipments on October 1, 2005 ,
Myers Container/CMS will implement a fuel surcharge for every delivery.
Surcharges are based on the recent fuel costs and will be reviewed as
necessary. Fuel surcharges will be a separate item on the
invoice and will be confirmed at the time of order placement
with our Customer Service Center.
