CMS, LLC/ Myers Container now provides automated IBC reconditioning.

Loading
Station
To start the process the used IBC is loaded onto the elevated washing system. |
AutoWash
(Interior) Station
Valves are removed. The 9 station automated IBC flushing system uses an alternating
flushing process of water and caustic. All residue is handled in accordance with all
local, state and federal regulations.

Draining
Once the interior of the IBC has been washed, its tipped for vacuum drying and final
interior inspection. Valves are inspected and leakproofness tested at this station. |
